As with many new nonprofits, Innovate Fulton is very much volunteer driven. The only full‐time staff member is Chuck D’Aprix, who with thirty years of experience in the field of commercial district revitalization, decided to dedicate two years of his time on a pro bono basis to Innovate Fulton
